Consultation for patients with insurance by Belgian mutuality

If you are a new patient in our hospital or your personal data (mutuality, address,...) have changed, you first have to pass the reception of the K12 buiding to register, you will receive a white plastic card of the hospital. You do not have to pay for your consultation, the invoice will be sent to you by mail.

After payment, you have to go to the reception desk of our outpatient clinic (0K12IC) to register with the secretary and you can take a seat in the waiting room.

The rates for consultation are:

First consult: 75 €

Following consults: 50 € per consult

The mutuality will refund a certain amount of this rate, 22,98 euro per consult.

We would like to point out that we can not give prices by either phone or website for surgical procedures. These will be discussed during the consultation between you and your treating physician.

Also please note that the costs of postoperative consultations are not included in the costs of an operative procedure and will be invoiced separately.

 

Consultation for foreign patients (no coverage by the Belgian mutuality)

If you have an appointment in our outpatient clinic, you first have to pass the cash desk in the K12 building (ground floor) to pay for your consultation. You will get a receipt, for declaring the costs at your own insurance company or National Health Service.

After payment, you have to go to the reception desk of our outpatient clinic at K12 IC ground floor and register with the secretary. You then can take a seat in the waiting room, until called by your doctor.

The rates for consultation are:

First consult: 75 €

Following consults: 50 € per consult
